Processing Time:
At VoltPro Electric Bikes, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
Shipping Rates:
We offer free standard shipping on all e-bike orders within the continental United States. For other products, shipping rates will vary based on the weight and size of the item, as well as your location. You will be able to see the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer international shipping soon. Stay tuned!
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress directly on our website or through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delay, lost package, or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at [customer support email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
At VoltPro Electric Bikes, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- E-bikes must have less than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a return.
- The item must not show any signs of wear or damage.
- Clearance items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@voltproelectricbikes.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the return lable provided to you.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference between the original and new item, we will either issue a refund or request additional payment.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@voltproelectricbikes.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
